Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are processed differently than traditional payment methods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Look Global products and services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments: • Account Credits: Non-refundable • Digital Services (SEO, Automation, etc.): Non-refundable • Custom Development: Non-refundable after work begins • All Subscriptions: Non-refundable Digital services such as SEO do not guarantee specific results, therefore we cannot offer refunds.
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions: • Service was not delivered at all (not just unsatisfactory results) • Technical error on our end prevented service activation • Duplicate payment was made All exception requests are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.
The following are never refundable: • Account balance/credits once added • SEO and marketing services (no guaranteed results) • Automation setup and configuration • Custom development work • Any service after delivery begins • Cryptocurrency network fees
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency: • Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment • Refund amounts are based on the original cryptocurrency amount, not USD value • Network fees for refund transactions may be deducted • Processing may take 3-7 business days • We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations

For subscription services: • Cancel anytime from your dashboard • Service continues until end of billing period • No partial refunds for unused time • Pro-rata refunds available for annual plans cancelled within 30 days • Cancellation takes effect at next billing cycle
