This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Look Global products and services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies.
Our services are prepared and delivered by our team under a written agreement. Because digital services such as SEO cannot guarantee specific results: • Work that has already been delivered is not refundable • Custom development is not refundable after work begins • Any refund for work not yet started follows the agreement for your service
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions: • Service was not delivered at all (not just unsatisfactory results) • Technical error on our end prevented service activation • Duplicate payment was made All exception requests are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.
The following are not refundable: • SEO and marketing work already delivered (no guaranteed results) • Custom development work after it begins • Any part of a service after its delivery has started • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. bank or transfer fees)

For ongoing services: • You can stop a service at any time by contacting us • Work delivered up to that point is not refundable • Notice periods and any refund for the remaining period follow your written agreement
